Knowledge Audit Survey

We hope you’re feeling the benefit of the new Customer Success Framework here at Connect. 

We’ve had some great feedback from our nurseries so far, particularly around our live chat feature. If you haven’t checked it out already head over to the help desk to take a look. 

On the subject of the Help Desk – if you have any team members that could benefit from access to the Help Desk, they can sign up and get access straight away.

As part of our continuous improvements, we’re finding out which of our nurseries could benefit from further training sessions. The information collected will also help shape our FAQs, Help desk articles and hints and tips.

We’ve created a Knowledge Audit Survey to help you assess the knowledge and confidence levels of your colleagues.
