Feedback fuels improvements

Collecting customer feedback is imperative to Connect Childcare.

The honest feedback of our users helps us to gauge the general impression of the software and the customer success team and helps us to identify areas for product improvement; giving us a clear focus of what is most important to our nurseries.

We’re changing the frequency of our feedback surveys in order to help us pick up the pace on our improvements.

If you’re an existing customer, keep an eye out for an email with the subject line: “How likely are you to recommend Connect Childcare?” and take the opportunity to give us your honest thoughts and opinions.

Over the past few months we’ve been very busy making improvements based on customer feedback, on our pursuit of excellence! Take a look at some of the changes that we’ve made recently:

Customer Support:

Our support team received some great feedback in the last survey:

Connect Childcare Help Desk and Live Chat

In order to help with our support response times we’ve introduced ‘Live Chat’ on our Help Desk. Allowing you to proactively engage with us – in real-time and giving you the answers you need immediately.

We’ve also refreshed our help desk with a brand new look and feel to enable a more seamless customer experience. So it’s easier to get the information you need even when we’re not in the office.

ParentZone:

ParentZone is continuing to grow with usage growing daily. We got a number of suggestions for improvements like this one:

New ParentZone App

So we have been working endlessly on a completely new design for ParentZone which was released as a Beta in June. The new app has a completely new design and allows fingerprint log in.

It’s currently being tested by a group of parents who have given overwhelmingly positive feedback so far. We’re aiming to release the new app to all parents in the coming months.

We’ve also launched the option for parents to print their favourite nursery photos, straight from the ParentZone app. Giving nurseries an additional revenue stream without any additional work.

Training:

We’ve introduced 2-hour remote training sessions which allow you 1:1 time with our trainers, and the opportunity to learn from the comfort of your own desk!

Security:

Cyber Essentials

And finally, we’re very proud to announce we’re now certified with Cyber Essentials improving our Cyber Security defences.
